Pima Medical Institute Helps Colorado Springs Residents Explore the World of Health Care Careers

WHAT:

Where in the world do Colorado Springs residents want to be when it comes to their careers? They can find their perfect health care career destination at Pima Medical Institute's "Passport to a New Career" open house event.

 

Guests are invited to visit the Colorado Springs campus and use their Pima Passport to travel to classrooms where they will learn more about exciting career destinations through demonstrations in

 

  • Dental assistant
  • Medical administrative assistant
  • Medical assistant
  • Pharmacy technician
  • Veterinary assistant
  • Veterinary technician

 

In addition, the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region will be on-site with their Critter Cruiser. Guests can learn more about the unique educational partnership between Pima Medical Institute and the Humane Society - and even adopt an animal.
