No, there are no clinical components to this master’s in organizational leadership program. Students do, however, complete a Professional Capstone during their final semester, which can be used to create a professional e-portfolio and profile.

This capstone applies concepts learned in prior semesters into a final project, using research techniques and course materials to find a solution to an existing health care issue. Students often choose a topic that’s relevant to their current role or company, and use this project as a way to propose and enact change within their organization.

Your diploma will indicate that you have earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Specializations are intentionally not listed on the diploma. This approach is designed to provide you with maximum flexibility in your professional pursuits—allowing you to pursue opportunities within healthcare as well as in broader leadership roles across other industries, if you choose.

We encourage graduates to highlight their specialization and relevant coursework on their résumé or CV to showcase their focused expertise and tailored academic experience.
