Program Description

The Bachelor of Science Respiratory Therapy (BSRT) program is intended to offer the highest quality education that fosters critical thinking, encourages professional leadership and development, and inspires a strong appreciation of ethical values and cultural diversity. The comprehensive curriculum allows the student to become a successful communicator, critical thinker, global citizen and conscientious leader while encouraging lifelong learning.
 

What are the Prerequisites for the Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy Program?

  • High school transcript or evidence of satisfactory completion of GED
  • Currently a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Current employment in respiratory care or graduate of a respiratory program within the last five years
  • Transfer of 71 credits
