Pima Medical Institute’s Phoenix campus was recently featured on 12News’ Arizona Midday, highlighting the launch of the Dental Hygiene associate degree program.
The story featured Clinical Director Nicole Petit, MS, RDH, and Campus President Maria Walters discussing the new program and the real-world lab, where students will get hands-on training. The New Dental Hygiene clinic on campus is slated to open in early 2027 and will provide low-cost preventative care options to members of the community.
