Pima Medical Institute hosted successful open house events at 16 of its ground campus locations earlier this month. Attendees toured campuses and saw lab classrooms where students receive hands-on experience. The open house also provided an opportunity for prospective students to speak to those currently enrolled, as well as instructors, admissions and financial aid representatives.
Pima Medical’s open house showcases how well equipped the school’s medical labs are and how closely training emulates work in the field. Especially now, the need for qualified healthcare professionals is rising. Preparing graduates to enter the workforce, ready to hit the ground running is essential.
For those who may be nervous about taking the first step toward a career in healthcare, the open house provides attendees an opportunity to talk to current students who share similar life experiences. Faculty and staff are on hand to provide additional information about programs and financial aid and student services advisers are prepared to answer the detailed questions a new student may have about how to make school a successful experience for them.
Campuses participating in the open house included: Albuquerque, New Mexico; Chula Vista and San Marcos, California; Colorado Springs, Aurora and Denver, Colorado; El Paso, Houston and San Antonio, Texas; Tucson, Mesa, East Valley and Phoenix, Arizona; Las Vegas, Nevada; Renton and Seattle, Washington.
Pima Medical Institute offers certificate, associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs—all in the healthcare field. It also boasts a robust 100% online learning division. All programs focus on medical, dental and veterinary careers.
If you missed the Open House, it’s not too late to get started.
